The deceased sustained a gunshot wound and was declared dead at the scene by Emergency Medical Services. The two other victims also sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to a medical facility for treatment.
Ndubane said the crime scene was attended to and processed by the relevant role players.
Following an intensive investigation, police arrested the 36-year-old suspect. A pistol suspected to have been used during the shooting was also seized and will form part of the ongoing investigation.
