Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of the Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act No.31 of 1996 (IPILRA).
Gert Sibande Tvet College hereby invites community members of the Glenmore, Mpuluzi, Dundonald, Mayflower and Elukwatini Communities under the leadership of the Mpsikazi Traditional Council to the community meeting which has been scheduled for 10th September 2024 from 11:00 -13:00 at the Community Ground.
The purpose of the meeting is for the community to enter into a Community Resolution (Land Rights Holder Resolution) with the college and the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD) for the disposal of Portion A of the Remainder of Farm Dundonald 530 IS, which is required for the construction of the New Student Housing for the college.
