Suspects sought after tarven shooting in Dondonuld

The Police at Mayflower are looking for three suspects who shot seven people at tavern in Dondonuld outside Mayflower this morning.

According to a provincial police spokesperson Brigadier Selvy Mohalala, three suspects allegedly entered into a tarven this morning August 27, around 04:00, pointed firearms at patrons and started to rob them their belongings.

 

“They tried to access cash from the bartender but failed. They robbed the dj his equipment. Before they left the scene, they shot randomly whereby seven people where shot at,”

 

“Two died on the scene while the third victim passed on at the local clinic. Four were taken to hospital and two immediately discharged,” he said.

Mohlala added that a case of murder, attempted murder as well as business robbery were registered and police are continuing with the investigation.
