“The White River Magistrates Court has today found that the interest of justice does not permit her release on bail. “This relates to the attempted cash-in-transit heist, which occurred last week Thursday, between Hazyview and White River, where a Fidelity cash van was attacked, and a shootout ensued between the unknown suspects and the securities,” she said.

Nyuswa also said, it is alleged that the accused arranged a safe house, where the suspects kept the firearms in preparation for the heist wearing a police uniform. The police investigations led to the arrest of the accused who was allegedly found in possession of two stolen vehicles parked in her yard.

The matter was postponed to September 27 for further investigation
