The CEO FOR Perfume Co. Africa Bathabile Moreki.
The Perfume Co. Africa will return to its roots in Mpumalanga when it hosts its second annual Supervisors Sales and Leadership Summit at the Badplaas Forever Resort from September 11 to 13.
The three-day summit marks an important homecoming for the company, which began its journey in Mpumalanga before growing into a successful African business with an expanding network beyond South Africa’s borders.
Founded and led by Bathabile Moreki, the company is bringing supervisors and sales leaders from across its network back to the province where its story began.
The summit will focus on strengthening the skills and capabilities of the company’s leadership team through sales training, leadership development and discussions aimed at helping leaders balance work, wellness and wealth.
Moreki, the company’s founder and CEO, will host the gathering as Perfume Co. Africa continues to invest in the development of its people while expanding its footprint across the continent.
The event is expected to provide supervisors with an opportunity to share experiences, strengthen leadership skills and gain practical knowledge to support their teams and business growth.
For Perfume Co. Africa, the choice of Mpumalanga as the venue carries significance beyond the three-day programme. It reflects the company’s journey from its provincial beginnings to becoming an expanding African enterprise.
The summit also highlights the role of local businesses in creating opportunities and developing leadership capacity as they grow beyond their communities and into wider markets.
By returning to Mpumalanga for its annual leadership gathering, Perfume Co. Africa is celebrating where it started while preparing its supervisors and sales leaders for the next stage of its growth.
